Merry Christmas and Wassail!

With the winter already proving it’s bitter and wicked self to be utterly unforgiving we’re praying that the new year is a little more helpful. A visit to BBC Radio Devon for the “Weather Show” on January 3rd looking back at 2010 weather and the relevance to orchards and cider. We will also be fulfilling our customary obligation to toast our orchards at our annual Wassailing ceremony.
