I for one am fed up with the constant barrage of acidic Proseccos on the shelf. Stumbled across Sandford Katja and what a game changer. Smooth and just delicious and now my tipple of choice. Trying more of their range but this was my first and remains my go to without fear of heart burn or that awful acidic rise when you’ve partaken too much! Honestly it’s just fabulous.
