Subtly sweet and delicately fragranced – A delightful blend of fresh apple cider and elderflower blossom.

The Elder is more of a bush than a tree, hiding amongst other more confident hedgerow characters. Yet, in the spring, in the May sunshine, they bear an abundant display of cream coloured blooms with a glorious scent that fills the Devon lanes.
