Silver winner at the Sandford Orchards 2022 Breakthrough Cider Maker Awards.

This cider has been made late in the season using well ripened, hand picked apples then keeved, starving it of nutrients as it slowly ferments over months. This technique leaves a naturally sweet cider which has been bottled just before fermentation is complete.

May contain natural sulphites.

“This cider was made by the method of keeving – which produces a naturally sweet cider more often found in northern France. This technique can be hit or miss but Rawlins’ is of exceptional quality.”
