Made on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales on a traditional rack-and-cloth press from locally sourced apples. A genuine, real cider: unfiltered, unpasteurised and with no added sulphites. The live yeast and sediment allow it to develop in the bottle into a dry sparkling cider of rare quality.
