Still, single variety, fine cider
This small batch cider is fermented with our unique Cider House Yeast. Resident in the fabric of our home, the oldest working cider mill in the country, it produces vintage cider of exceptional quality.
Golden straw in colour with a stable haze. Aromas of oxidised apple skins and ripe stone fruit. A rustic hint on the palate leads to blockbusting tannins which layer through the cider. Peppery and bright with a riot of fruit, balanced with notes of French oak and pine. A lip-smacking astringency gives way to gently softening tannins and a buttery, baked apple finish.
Fresh apple juice (not from concentrate), sugar, sulphites.
