Sparkling Triple Variety Cider
Some ciders are best young, other ciders benefit from ageing; by combining vintages our cider makers are able to showcase the best qualities of each. Arrested fermentation leaves natural sweetness from Yarlington, wild fermented layered tannins from 2018’s Dabinett and fresh Browns apple fermented with cultured yeast to white Burgundy method.
This lightly sparkling, golden cider has aromas of vanilla and orange blossom. The palate is full of plum and toffee-apple with soft silky tannins which open up to a long raisin and vine fruit finish.
Fresh apple juice (not from concentrate), sulphites.
