Icing is a method used widely in wine-making, and now introduced to cider from our beautiful Devon orchards. During the specialist process the cider apple juice becomes intensified, sweeter and richer. The powerful warmth and rich complexity match perfectly the floral bouquet and sweet apple finish (glasses not included, please see our Ice Cider Gift Box).
